This month, we present Kazuhiro Yamaguchi’s
wooden works for the first time in three years.
The vessel pictured in the flyer has been a cherished companion at our daily table for many years.
Having been used almost daily for 17 years, it bears scratches and chips,
yet each one seems to bear witness to the time spent with the plate.

Trays are available for various sizes.
On the opening day, Saturday 27th, He will be present from Fukuoka.
Throughout the exhibition period, sweets and seasonings from “jingoro“ will also be available – a shop / cafe in Ukiha City, Fukuoka Pref, run by Yamaguchi’s entire family.

YAMAGUCHI, Kazuhiro
Born 1956. After graduating high school, he worked several jobs before joining a furniture workshop. In 1986, aged 30, he began making furniture.
In 1995, he established his workshop and residence in Yoshii Town, starting to create wooden items such as trays and cutting boards.Currently, alongside his daughter’s husband, he crafts wooden tools and furniture while the family also runs the shop for wooden tools and cafe called “jingoro“.
